LB204 Cali Ale II (Life Below)

This is a classic American Ale strain which can be used to produce many different styles including pale ales, blondes and brown ales.

Produces more esters than LB203 Cali Ale, with hints of apple, nut and a slightly tart finish. Will produce more fruity esters if fermented at the warmer end of the recommended range. Fermenting on the cool end will result is a clean finish with a slight citrus character. This strain attenuates well and has a higher flocculation property than LB203 Cali Ale.
